Psalms — Chapter 75

ET FACTUS EST IN PACE LOCUS EIUS. Lapide: Psalm 75 — "And His place is in peace: and His abode in Sion." Lapide: God dwells in peace — His essence is peace (the perfect self-sufficiency and harmony of the Trinity). Sion as God's dwelling = the Church, the new Sion. Lapide: the Church's primary vocation is to be a place of divine peace — an anticipation of the eternal peace of heaven.
