DE VIRTUTIBUS TUIS — Hebrew, Septuagint, and Chaldaic all read 'de verbis tuis' (concerning thy words/deeds), not merely thy virtues: the Queen of Sheba came to hear and test all that had been reported of Solomon's wisdom and works.

SIT DOMINUS DEUS TUUS BENEDICTUS, QUI VOLUIT TE ORDINARE SUPER THRONUM SUUM — the Queen of Sheba recognises that Solomon's throne is properly the throne of God, and that his rule is a divine vicegerency ordered for justice and judgment.
