EO QUOD ABJECISSET EOS JEROBOAM — Jeroboam stripped the priests and Levites of their sacred office because they refused to serve his golden calves; they therefore crossed to Judah to serve the Lord God of Israel. Wherever the true worship is maintained, the faithful gather.
