Verse 1
God preventing with grace, everie one must cooperate by gratefully accepting this benefite, and so dispose himself to justification. Only those that come into the Church receive the light of true faith, al others are in darkenes.

This prophecie began to be fulfilled in great part when Christ came.
Verse 11
This was accomplished when the Romane Empire, and other Monarchs & nations received the faith of Christ.
